Founder note
Make money easier to understand
Ulsa is being built for the moment a bank balance no longer explains what is affordable, which bills are still due, or where the month started to drift.
Clear before clever
Ulsa brings connected accounts, categorised transactions, budgets, upcoming bills, subscriptions, and spending patterns into one clear view. Useful automation should save time without taking control away from the person whose money it is.
Ulsa is not an AI-first product. The optional assistant is one supporting feature; the budgeting experience must stand on its own.
Built around trust and control
Ulsa uses read-only open banking connections, does not receive bank login credentials, and gives users control over whether an account stays connected.
The standard we are aiming for
A weekly check should take minutes, a subscription should be easy to find, and a budget should adapt to real life. Ulsa will keep improving while the principle stays the same: show the important information clearly and remove unnecessary work.
